EPISODE59 - Talking 80s Music with Martin Hennessy

No one is going to claim that Boulder, Colorado, is the birthplace of 80s music but it does happen to be where reggae-influenced rock/pop act The Samples started. This week we went back to their debut album for the song "Birth Of Words." We also featured "Taking Us Home" from their follow-up album and their cover of John Lennon's "Watching The Wheels." The first two come from their recently reissued, Very Best Of The Samples 1984-1994 and the last from their recently reissued 1997 album, Transmissions from the Sea of Tranquility.
